NVIDIA’s GeForce NOW has rolled out a native application for Valve’s Steam Deck, significantly enhancing portable cloud gaming capabilities. The app leverages RTX-powered visuals, delivering up to 4K resolution at 60fps with HDR10 and DLSS 4 support, outperforming the Steam Deck’s native hardware.

Battery efficiency sees a 50% improvement when streaming from cloud-based RTX rigs, enabling extended gameplay sessions for graphics-intensive titles like ’Monster Hunter Wilds’ and ’Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered.’ The platform now hosts over 2,200 games, expanding access to high-fidelity gaming on handheld devices.
